Pinwheels Roll veal
No news for this recipe, a simple roll of veal I do usually with things I have at home.
In this case the filling I did it with a layer of ham, an omelette, with spinach leaves and a few pieces of bacon. I then tied it all (notice the slur that I do, very personal ...).
I cooked in a little oil for over an hour, beginning to fire up slightly to create the crust, then I shaded with red wine by lowering the flame and finally I covered salting lightly.
I did this roll from a whole roast beef: I opened it myself, so the shape is a little uneven ... I cooled down and I cut them into slices. Finally I soaked in the sauce cooking.
