Ragout Summer
I do not know if you write so ragout (ragout?), But that's okay, otherwise tell me to do the sophisticated .....
A simple sauce for pasta, in this case egg.
I half cooked eggplant into cubes with a little oil (say, almost fried).
I then put in a frying oil, two cloves of garlic, onion / celery / chopped carrot and let cook 5 minutes at most, maybe less.
I then added two pork sausage / chicken (the butcher, very good!) Crumbled, 7 / 8 basil leaves, wet with less than half a glass white wine and cook all the time needed to cook the sausage (5 / 6 minutes).
Finally I joined the eggplant and without flavor.
I seasoned the pasta, a final round of oil "good" raw and serve :-)
