Collection Letters To Dental Patients

These biscuits are nice and very good to me, I took them to a carnival party and have been appreciated by adults and children.
emilia.77 The recipe is from the Wired New York Forum

100 grams of butter, 200 g cheese, 100 gr sugar, 325 grams of flour, chocolate and smarties.
Work butter, ricotta and sugar, then add the flour and form a ball that will rest in the fridge an hour. Roll out the dough then
, cut into squares (I did with the stencil for the ravioli), starting from the tips cut corners without reaching the center, put a teaspoon of Nutella in the center and take four half alternating angles to the center over the nutella (mom, it's easier to do than explain!); stop relying on the four corners of a smarties.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
Happy Carnival!
