Tina is a girl who I met via the Internet at the time of alf. His recipes are always perfect (I also made the baba, wonderful) and this is no exception :-)
The recipe is featured on her beautiful blog, I did not change anything, if not the cottage cheese instead of feta and mint instead of mint.
