farro and bean soup
In this day of rain and cold, nothing beats a hot soup ...
The recipe I taken from the blog of Paoletta , slightly adapted to what I had at home.
I had a light sauté with chopped celery / carrot / onion, a clove of garlic, a slice of bacon into small pieces and some oil: then I joined a few leaves of sage, basil, half a can of beans beans (of which 2 / 3 milk shakes), a tablespoon of tomato paste, I added water on the fire and left about ten minutes.
I then poured the farro, about 240 g, and let cook 30 minutes, as written on the box.
I poured in the crock pot and added grated pecorino and a drizzle of oil bono.
